B SERIES
Cummins B engines are inline four- and six-cylinder diesel engines that have been mainstays in the industry for decades. Used in vans, light trucks and industrial applications, B-Series engines are known for their durability. They range in displacement from 3.9 to 8.3 liters. In addition, they range in power output from less than 100 horsepower to over 400 horsepower. Within this series, we highlight the B3.9, B4.5 and B5.9 engines.
C SERIES
These in-line six-cylinder diesel engines are found in a wide range of applications, from heavy-duty trucks to construction machinery. They range in power output from 200 to 600 horsepower and displacement from 8.3 liters to 15 liters.
ISX SERIES
Cummins ISX Series engines are a favorite among heavy-duty haulers. These inline six-cylinder diesel engines offer high-level performance and impressive power. These diesel engines have an approximate displacement of 15 liters and power outputs ranging from 400 to 600 horsepower.
QSB AND QSL SERIES
These four- and six-cylinder in-line diesel engines are used in a variety of applications, from construction machinery to stationary generators.
The QSB series engines have a smaller displacement than the QSL series, as well as a lower horsepower rating, with the QSB series ranging from 110 to 400 horsepower and the QSL series from 280 to 600 horsepower.
