KUBOTA engine

Kubota, the acknowledged innovation leader in the world of diesel engines, introduces its latest series of engines designed to address a wide range of industrial applications. Today we are going to tell you about some of their engines, from the compact Z402, to the powerful F2803 and V3300 through to the efficient D1105.

This engine stands out for its compact and efficient design, making it an ideal choice for light-duty vehicles.

  • Two cylinders in line
  • Displacement: 0.4 liters
  • Power: 5 hp
  • Fuel: Direct injection

The Kubota D1105 engine stands out for its efficiency and robust construction, making it an ideal choice for small tractors, lawn mowers, portable generators and light construction.

  • Three cylinders in line.
  • Displacement: 1.1 liters
  • Power: 20-25 horsepower.
  • Fuel injection: Direct injection.

The V3300 excels at heavy duty tasks with its robust and efficient design, making it ideal for agricultural machinery, construction, generators and industrial equipment.

  • Four cylinders in line.
  • Displacement: 3.3 litres
  • Power: 45-75 hp.
  • Fuel system: Direct injection

The Kubota F2803 engine offers power and versatility, making it a reliable choice for diverse industrial applications such as backhoe loaders, dumpers or asphalt pavers.

  • Five cylinders in line.
  • Displacement: 2.746 litres
  • Power: 61.9 bhp
  • Fuel system: Direct injection

The D1105 and F2803 have the peculiarity of sharing the thermostat temperature, which marks its opening start at 71 degrees Celsius. This key component contributes to optimal thermal management and efficient performance.

On the other hand, the Z402 and the V3300 also share the same thermostat temperature, with the difference that in these models the thermostat marks its opening start at 82 degrees Celsius.

Despite the similarities of these models in terms of thermostat opening temperature, there are differences in their dimensions. While the F2803 and V3300 share a thermostat diameter of 44 millimetres, the Z402 and D1105 are distinguished by thermostats with a diameter of 38 millimetres.

This variation in thermostat size and opening temperature suggests specific operating temperature settings for each engine, allowing precise adaptability to the demands of their respective applications.
