Learn about the history of Oryx Parts Automotive from its beginnings.

2001

In 2001, the limited company that we know today as Automoción Oryx Parts S.L. was created, a family business after which more than 30 years have accumulated in the engine replacement sector.

2002

In January 2002, coinciding with the entry of the euro, the firm begins to operate. Since then, its mission has remained to supply engine components that allow its customers to compete in the field of rebuilding engines for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, tractors and industrial vehicles.

During the first years, new spare parts for John Deere, Cummis, RVI, Komatsu and Caterpillar engines are incorporated.

2006

After four years of activity in a small 300m2 warehouse, in July 2006 the move was made to the current 1100m2 facilities in the Centrovía de La Muela industrial estate, in Zaragoza. This circumstance allows expanding the range of activity to more engine products, allowing in successive years to become a supplier of spare parts for the vast majority of industrial engines. During the following years, more products have been added, which today forms a portfolio of complete solutions for engine grinding.

2010

The company has not stopped growing even in the years of the financial crisis of 2008, thanks to the drive of its staff and the trust placed in it by its customers and during these years it has pioneered the introduction of solutions for engine grinding. such as timing chain kits or unit injector camshaft kits.

2012

In 2012 Automotive Oryx Parts S.L. begins to incorporate Yanmar engine spare parts, from small gaskets to complete sets, pistons or water pumps. In addition, this list of products continues to grow today.

2014

Later, in 2014, Deutz engine spare parts were added to the existing portfolio with the intention of offering solutions to all engine rectifiers, always ensuring the highest quality.

2015

In 2015, the company continue investing in work quality increasing its staff and building a second floor for its office. This increase on the number of employees allows Oryx Parts to find out new sectors in which, later on, will be part of.

2017

In 2017, the online store was inaugurated, thus assuming the beginning of the digitization of the company, which was joined by social networks with Twitter and WhatsApp.

In addition to these innovations, Automotive Oryx Parts increases its product catalog to continue to be able to offer more solutions to more customers. This year spare parts for engines, Isuzu and Mitsubishi are incorporated.

2019

During this year Oryx Parts doesn’t stop investing in the warehouse. Due to the increase in the range of spare parts and stock, 2 levels of storage racks are set up that enable the company to stock more than the double of material.

2020

During a historic year like 2020, the company does not close during the pandemic and continues to grow. In this year the company increases its range of products by introducing spare parts for Kubota, original and alternative, Iseki and Doosan engines.

2022

2022 is a year in which all industries digitize at a rate equivalent to 10 years. Automotive Oryx Parts does not stop planning and continues to digitalize itself by launching a new corporate website and a completely redesigned online store with better features. Additionally, the company reaches deeper into social media with its Instagram accounts for the languages ​​they work in, Facebook and Twitter.
